Sous Chef is required for this superb rural restaurant with rooms set in picturesque location in the Peak district pushing for 2 Rosettes. Cooking is simple but perfectly cooked cuisine created from the finest Derbyshire produce.

This is a great opportunity for a chef to develop their CV and demonstrate the ability to produce simple but full flavour cooking using the best of locally sourced ingredients We are looking for someone with a keen interest in food and a great personality to share their passion, the ability to keep calm, work well under pressure and encourage the best from rest of the team.

Due to the location of this property our clients have advised that applicants should have their own transport and either live or be willing to find accommodation in the Bakewell area
